Reservations Terms Conditions

Reservation Deposit & Minimum Spend

A confirmation deposit is required to secure reservations at select venues, in
accordance with the applicable minimum spend policy:

Ambrai: ₹2,000 per person for a lakeside table and ₹1,000 per person for an
inner circle table.

Akashiya by Ambrai: ₹2,000 per person for a lakeside table and ₹1,000 per
person for non-lakeside table.

The confirmation deposit will be adjusted against the guest’s food and beverage
consumption during the meal.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours or more prior to reservation time: 100% refund (Refunds shall be
processed in 8-10 working days)

12–24 hours prior to reservation time: 50% refund (Refunds shall be
processed in 8-10 working days)

Less than 12 hours prior to reservation time: Deposit forfeited

Table Timings

All dinner reservations at Ambrai are subject to a strict 2-hour table time.

Tables will be held for 20 minutes beyond the reservation time. Delayed
arrivals beyond this window may be placed on the waitlist and accommodated
at the next available table.

Respect & Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abusive, threatening
or disrespectful behaviour directed towards our staff or fellow guests. We reserve
the right to refuse service or admission in such circumstances.

Ambrai – Lakeside Dining

Ambrai is a picturesque lakeside restaurant offering both outdoor and indoor
seating, with a primary focus on Indian cuisine served à la carte.

Lunch: 12:00 noon – 3:00 pm
Dinner: 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Dinner is offered in two seating slots:
First Seating: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Second Seating: 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Reservations are recommended for dinner, particularly for lakeside tables.
